Welcome BOT Flex Lab
The
Business Office Technology (BOT) Department welcomes you to the Flex
Lab website. The BOT department offers many classes, most of which
are available through the Flex Lab (located in the Tech Mall, Room 70-131
on the Grossmont College campus in El Cajon, CA). All Flex Lab
courses are open entry/ open exit and each student selects his or
her own hours of attendance to fulfill the course requirements. Stop
by Room 70-131 anytime for more information.
The Flex Lab Hours for
Fall 2010 are as follows:
Monday thru Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

GETTING STARTED
1. Print and Review
the
Flex Lab Guide.
2. Locate and Print the
Assignment Sheet (s)
for the courses you are taking.
3. Orientation Forms:
Print and submit on your first visit to our lab. (We will help you
fill out these forms) 4. View
the
NEW STUDENT
ORIENTATION We will
also host live Orientations during the first two weeks of the
semester. Attend one orientation
in the Flex Lab, Room 70-131 Monday - Thursday, Times: 10:00
a.m. or 2:00 p.m. , and 6:00 p.m.
(After September 3, come to the Flex Lab during lab hours
for an individual orientation)
Add codes issued upon
completion of an orientation and signing of contract.
Continuing
students are only required to fill-out paper work.
Complete course hours and assignments anytime during lab hours.
Coursework must be completed by Friday, December 10, 2010.
Final Exams can be completed Monday-Wednesday, December 13-15, 2010
