Friends of Music
The "Friends of Music" is an
organization dedicated to the support of the Grossmont Symphony
Orchestra (GSO), Master Chorale (GMC), and String Quartet (GSSQ).
Under the umbrella of the Grossmont College Foundation, a
not-for-profit organization of Grossmont College, the Friends of
Music helps to bring quality classical music performances to the
East County Performing Arts Center (ECPAC) - one of Southern
California’s finest professional performing arts halls.
Classical music is just one of many
forms of art our East County audiences enjoy
supporting. One of the main focuses of the Friends of Music is to
inform interested community members of classical music performances.
We would, therefore, invite you to join us in supporting East
County’s own Symphony Orchestra, Master Chorale, and String Quartet
by joining our mailing list and/or becoming a donor patron.
By simply sending an
e-mail to:
FriendsofMusic@gcccd.edu or when attending
one of the fine performances of the GSO, GMC, or GSSQ at ECPAC,
simply complete a "Friends of Music" card (located in ECPAC’s lobby)
you will be informed, at no charge to you, of all up-coming
concerts by the Grossmont Symphony Orchestra, The Grossmont Master
Chorale, and The Grossmont Symphony String Quartet.
